The fronts are have aprox 2 cm threads from the lowest position. The rears are set in the middle position. So i have alot more lowering for the rear than the front.Originally posted by sCrapp View PostCheers!, how much more adjustability do you have on them? go any lower or is that maxxed?
(not that it needs lower, just wondering for the front)
P.s those wheels are going to look incredible, any test fit pics?
also what offset you got to get 9.5's under the front? i know i have an S2, but i need to know!
Im not really sure which offset the fronts have. Guess i can measure it some day
The setup are exact the same for the turbo and s2 after -86
I have the shorter -86 a-arms which mean i can run wider rims.
Some test fit pics!

Seems to work just fine
But i havent driven the car more than 500km. So i don't know how the are in the long run.. So far i think the GAZ Golds are good bang for the buck

How is it to drive that low on the Gaz Golds?
I've been tempted to get a set for the S2 but didnt know if they'd go low enough...seems they do!

Thx
Yes, its a 1990 so it was standard. Im a real fan of it. As you might see, i mounted it on my 1983 aswell
I have to admit that I am more fan of the rear turbo diffusor, than what I currently have on my -83 model, but it is not that important for me to change
So il stick with it for a while, already been used to it. And there is a lot of stuff i need to get done before i prioritize it.
First priority now is to get the suspension set up for trackdays and then develop the car from there

lovely daily!
i love 951s, i see it has the pretty rare 968 rear wing....nice !
Regarding the added rear under bumper thing..to each their own i guess. i do agree on your car it somehow works.

I kind of like it, because there are not many 944s left with this rear bumper. Pluss the bolts that holds it have rusted BADLY and are probably going to be a pita to get loosened..Originally posted by morghen View PostFor some reason the rear under bumper thing looks ok for a low car like this but i'd also swap that for the S2/Turbo wing/difusor...just for maximum sexy time
News?
Can you only buy the GAZ rear coilovers? I already have front coilovers and for the rear i'm in the process of designing a kit that you can use with OEM shocks.
Im not sure it is possible to buy just the rears, but Mike over at GAZ are really helpfull
Send him a mail at sales@gazcoilovers.com and simply ask if you can. He also sell a neat set of adjustable camber plates.
