      Cheers man! Seeming as this is my first lowered car its been quite a pain getting used to driving this low

      I'm pumped to order wheels as well, I have a cheaper set in mind until I can afford some nicer ones. The problem with these cars is the stock offsets are +45 and +48, and most 5 x 120 wheels only go up to +35 because that's the 3 series offset. So I'm going to squeeze some big wheels in and pull and roll my fenders

            My goal is to have my car somewhat done by July, but we'll see how it goes.

                    So I'm currently in the process at looking at wheels, any help would be greatly appreciated.

                    Here's a thread with all the details;

                    For the record I really am not a fan of lots of spokes on most modern-day BMW's. I'd be looking at primarily 5-spoke wheels.

                    Other then that the only change is I took a small chunk out of my front bumper Oh well.

                      Man I've been waiting for a one series build! Really excited to see where this goes. I was going to suggest style 5s but then I read your preference and also remembered that they can be rather pricey.

                        Those would be the exception, but unfortunately the offsets are beyond extreme for the 135i. It's hard to fit +35 on these without major fender work

                            Glad you would have found that as an exception haha. I literally didn't even check for offset specs. I knew they were different and that was what had initially stopped me from commenting with that but after reading through your thread again while waiting for my second class of the day to start I couldn't remember why I had stopped so I said it...whoops.

                                Cheers Neil!

                                And no worries at all man, most people don't know much about these cars. I've gotten so many 'oh I like your E90' comments on my car, then followed by a look of shock when I say it's a 1 series. (My car is debadged, it throws people off). Then that is followed up with questions about how fast it is, and for some strange reason most can't put together that the same engine as an E90 in a smaller and lighter body makes my car a little faster. I like it though, it gets the word out there about these amazing cars.

                                I'm trying as fast as my budget lets me ):

                                Looking at a CSL trunklid isn't helping haha.
