It's hard to explain. I've been wrapping cars for many years now and yes working with 3m is nice but u really feel the difference with oracals air pocket technology

I'll have to try it next time. Depending if I like this colour or not I might wrap the car again if I don't like it. I could've swore that this 3m vinyl has an air release technology as well. It has small channels in it.

Oh the scotchprint 1080 has pockets it's just that oracal pockets have a hexigon design that allow the material to be more forgiving when stretching in any direction Eapecialky if u have a bubble it's easier not crease it, unlike 3m that has square pocket technology making the vinyl a little tougher to work with. But great material never the less

^ Thanks for this info man. I didn't know there was a better quality than 3m. As for creases, I find they come right out with a little heat. I may pick up some Oracle just to see the difference.

There are a lot of engines with less displacement that put out over 300whp. The 4g runs terribly rich from the factory so with a little advanced timing and trimming the fuel table we saw a huge increase in power with just a tune.

Yea I've been wrapping the car with 3m 1080 matte metallic blue. Pretty excited to see it completed. Hopefully I'll have it done by next Tuesday at the latest.
