also got the rear coils in, just need to expoxy one flare, which was cracked on the bottom hit those with some fresh paint, and put them on, then adjust coils as necessary. hoping to order some sound deadening then the interior can go in and get the front suspension back in!Dubber from the PNW

Finally got. Bunch of stuff done
Past few weeks i have
Put together a repainted subframe with:
New control arms
New tie rods
New ball joints
New sway bar bushings
I got this up and in the car
Got one coil in, but i am un happy with the fit of the mk2 mounts the top nut is only on a few threads as these cx racing coils are meant for mk3's so i will switch them out for mk3 strut mounts which dont have those metal plates on the bottom. These are re painted knuckles with newish bearings, they are mk3 knuckles so i can run either corrado g60 brakes or my DE brakes.
The bay is almost ready for primer waiting for some warmer weather to spray it, also got half the car undercoated, and just waiting to pull the tank to do the rest.
Once i get some sound deadning i will put most of the interior back in minus the dash, and hopefully we get some warm weather so i can paint the bay, then BOOM! Motor goes inDubber from the PNW

just a quick not this update might seem like a repeat, but it isn't had to get a different subframe!
so finally a bit of an update so to speak,
finally got a strut mount that would work with my coils:
they are mk3 vr mounts with cx racing coils, mk3 10.1 hubs with mk3 DE brakes
i also got the car back on the ground which seemed to be a big hurdle for some reason.
also took out the headliner which was all broken and hooked the column back up.
going to wash the thing tomorrow after it being stored in a barn for almost 2 years.
then out comes exhaust and tank for a re-undercoating.

here is a bit of an update, finally got to work on the bay, just trying to get it back to a point where i could spray it t-red again. not looking for show car like looks here, just plain simple tidied up etc...not all smooth and perfect.
so i filled a few spots
then i hit it with some etching primer
and then 3 coats of filler primer, which i will give a quick 400 grit sand before i hit it with some color,
