Damn, it's been a while since I updated this!
Well, I finally decided that it was time for a change. I loved my Image splits but I thought they were just too small. I just couldn't get the arch down to what I felt was a decent level of arch gap. They were sold a couple of months ago and the Golf hasn't been touched since. It literally has not moved in 3 months or so. The blue CL that hadn't moved in 6 months however is now the daily runner. It's had a new starter motor and hasn't missed a beat since.
Roll on to this week. Monday delivered a surprise cheque. A nice bank remittance meant I was back in the game for wheels. After days of looking, I came across these...
They're 15x8 and 15x8.5 with a slightly staggered ET. Hopefully, that'll solve the arch gap issue. They're also one off custom builds.Comment

Right, tyres are on and so are the wheels! I went all out and purchased new wheel nuts with locking/hidden nuts too...
Plans are to add a bit more camber and lower the rear a little more.Comment
