              Sounds good Josh.

The last few days have been dedicated to design and fab. First up was to finalize new strut tower top to allow me to run modified S13 camber plates. The plate has been rotated 180 degrees and pushed slightly off center, this allows for maximum negative camber adjustment while still retaining some positive for customers wishing to just correct camber for tire wear from a drop suspension. These will be sent to the CNC plasma cutter this week.

Next up was to begin building the new engine and trans mounts. I'm replacing the factory stock rubber with Energy Suspension universal isolators and building/modding the mounts to suit. A V2.0 of the trans mount is in my head already, but holding off for now. I got the front end re-stripped, which now takes about 10 minutes thanks to all the changes so far. I would have finished the engine mount, but I need to order materials tomorrow as I couldn't get what I needed locally on the weekend. They are a huge step above factory and are both stiffer and lighter weight.

I capped off the weekend by capping off the former core support in preparation of building the new front end in the next week or two.

Great work! But can we see the RWD conversion?

I'm holding off on that one until the build is a bit farther along. It's been a long time dream of mine and I finally got started on it last winter, but progress is slow on it and was on the track car because of customer workload. I'm hoping to devote a month to that build come spring.

Here's what I've got so far though. There are additional pictures on the shops FB page linked in my sig.

Another person from CEG! Haven't spoke to you in a while Josh (It's Alex from CEG.. same username from there too).. but it looks like you've been chuggin' away! Well, I've been keeping up to date on this car through FB, and congrats on the new found co-ownership of CEG!

Every time I see updates of this car, makes me want my SVTC back lol. Still miss her.

I'm rootin' for you man.. You've got one solid supporter here for the CDW-27 chassis and this beast.

Alex! It's been quite a while. Thanks, looking forward to taking CEG to the next level, ***** to see what happened to the site with all the outages and looking forward to being able to actually do something about it now. Hopefully the build meets your expectations for next year.

After a bit of a setback regarding raw material orders I was able to get back at it tonight. First order of business was to cap the now exposed frame horns. These are 90% complete and all that's left to do is remove and smooth the last tab once I get some dimensions from them for the 5mph bumper, then the new cross-chassis tube can go in.

                          This happened.

I still need to do the tubular core support, but a before/after nonetheless.

The completed front end will total just over 20lbs worth of weight savings. This is the first diet the car has gone on since '11 when I lightened it's curb weight from stock by 520lbs.
