This. Not going to lie, I almost cried a bit when I saw the first cut picture

This is honestly one of my favorite builds on here after reading it. Keep up the awesome work, and most of all, keep updating!

But its not like my body is in perfect shape either. idk we'll see when the time comes.. but heres a pic of what i have in my room waiting to be rebarreled 15x10.5 and 15.8 both with 5" inner barrels
All good, can't wait to see those mounted. My wheels are going into storage anyways now, so in about 3 months when they are available if you did go with flares it may be possible.

Please keep this updated, it is definitely one of my favorite builds on here.

Such a great build with character. Props on the work on the seat. Good vision and execution.

Any reason you went from a Personal wheel to the grip royal fake china wheel?

went for the royal because i was in a deep steering wheel/wooden/rainbow flake phase...now i realise how slippery it can get during some spirited driving on the mountain and im getting into a deep steering wheel/yellow center line/black suede phase..so might be getting another wheel haha. sorry for not updating.been really busy with school (architecture student=no sleep or money) i havent had time or money to do anything to my 911 except drive the shit out of it atleast once a week and kill my clutch...i got curious and bored so i think a clutch kick here and there began the slipping..new clutch on the way.
in other news ive been working on my other baby..oh yea my other car is a 1961 vw bug ragtop...it was my first car.i got it when i was 14 and it had no motor, interior, or working brakes...heres a pic when it was sparking every little road imperfection and entering hellaflush for shits and giggles..(before i began to cut it into pieces.

should i make a build thread for this one too?

finally got some time to work on the porsche during spring break. borrowed my brothers oil temp gauge off his car since it isnt really working. made a cover to go over the factory porsche clock so i could mount the smaller gauge. Also, i finally got my clutch!!! Patrick motorsports centerforce dual friction clutch and sachs throw out bearing. i also scored a new transaxle with trailing arms and breaks and axles from an older lady for couple hundred dollars. The trailing arm on my car was bent on the drivers side forcing me to run retarded negative camber. Oh and the new trans is a 5 speed instead of 4

oh yea and i swapped in a new starter while the trans was out and replaced the old trailing arm bushings and shifter bushings with solid performance bushings

these solid bushing make a big difference in corners

almost forgot the little things i did right before break..
put on some rennline open lugs and empi glass covers which really completed the look of the front end

i also used some street signs i had laying around from a bucket seat i made for school to make rain covers for my carbs..the rain hats for webber sell for 200$+ so i just made my own for free
