Single Turbo 2000 Audi S4 PT5858

Im new to the forums but my main thread is on Audizine. Thought I'd share it on here. After blowing a K03 last year, I upgraded to K04s. My car was down for 6 months. Drove it until the end of July when I wanted the STK. So heres my build. I hope you enjoy. I am hoping to make around 450 to the wheels. Maybe a little more later on. Hopefully my car is done before the snow hits and once it does it will be stored.

That's amazing. I wonder what will be your output numbers on 5-8 psi and what are you looking to get out off the build? (WHP wise)

Ill most likely be pushing 15psi if not more. I was running 25psi on my K04s. Im hoping for 450 on the stock block. Once you hit 500 is where it gets unsafe. Im picking up a spare motor this weekend to do a full build.

Damn. This thread kind of makes me regret getting rid of my s4. I sold it, and then 034 released their single turbo kit

Can't wait to see videos of this thing, the 5858 should be a perfect replacement for those k04's.

I'm "blown" away so far - How does the intake fit with the turbo above it? Can you still close your hood? haha

Looking good though and I'm digging the attention to detail (like coolant freeze plugs)

thats pretty amazing how that kit works ! never seen a TT car go to single turbo.

The turbo sits behind the intake. And yeah theres just enough room for the hood to close. Its close. But 034 has been running it for awhile and the paint on the hood has not been effected. Also the ceramic and a turbo blanket will be just fine.

Thanks, I got the color idea from a 2012 Honda Fit, Blue Raspberry. The powdercoat color came out better than I thought.
