Here's a little teaser from yesterday's work.it's roughly halfway done. Fronts are mounted up and studs swapped. Rear studs and flares going on tomorrow and if I don't finish everything tomorrow, which I probably won't, then Sunday I'll be filing the flares to match the body lines, sealing them, realigning the car, and hopefully corner balancing as well. Now to decide on a new color scheme...
^^ Yes, that's what used to be the fender lip.
Enjoy! There will be more where this came from!

Alright! Short but substantial update here for anyone who actually subscribes to/reads this thread!
Wheel studs! And lug nuts! And wheels! And flares! And a catch can! And tires tomorrow! And shit going on the car on Thursday! It's been an exciting three weeks, hopefully about to get even more exciting.
And in somewhat related news the spec miata team I work for has been generous enough to sponsor their 4 full time crew guys for the lemons race at NASA HyperFest at Summit Point in June. Here's our car (or what will be our car...)

Slight update today, I sold the Salad Shooters and adapters, and the car is currently on the OEM daisies while I accrue funding for fuel parts, wheels, and other goodies. Updates should start flowing in fairly soon with race season starting this weekend.
And one of my ugly mug sitting in the parking lot waiting for the guy to show up. Steve in the background taking Instagram pictures of his mk1 Rabbit truck.
Also, some seagulls were there...
