    Where it started




    Cleaned with clorox

    Interior removed



    Front clip


    Pulling the 289


    Transmission

    New Frame rail, inner fender, and radiator support




    Engine Bay

    Reassembled control arms new shocks new 1" shorter springs

    High build primer on the roof

    sanding... lots of sanding

        That original gold paint is funky.
        It would look sick sitting on some BBS LM's, whitewalls, and a Silica Breath paint job.

          I like that idea Im going with a GT350 look though. Black with silver stripes. Unsure on the rims possibly 16" torque thrust classics. I want to lower the car but it sits lower in the rear and has leaf springs making it harder without putting 4000 in a 4 link rear end with coilovers. but a nice aggressive lower front end will definitely happen

            I see what you mean, give it a classic look and some aggressive forward rake.



            thunderbird rear lights would really make this car stand out from other gt350 lookalikes.

              Thats what im going for but with stripes down the center. Im probably going to stick with the standard 65 mustang tail lights to keep it somewhat original

                            Actually they were taken with my ipod. Usually it takes good quality pics but inside the shop they look like sheeit
