Crazy one year thread bump but I don't think we've formally met. We have texted several times though. I bought this from Tubo almost a year ago and still have it.

    2013!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been following this since the beginning(other thread) and I am very impressed.

Your interior looks so nice and comfy, my little hyundai has cold plastic feeling leather while your seats look all soft and stuff.

Hooray for fixin shit and stuff. so anyways i still had that damn electrical issue so what i did was completely rewire my alternator (pics soon) and led my exciter wire to my coil positive with a 4001 diode via Radioshack (you've got questions, we've got blank stares) lol stole that from another guy. anyways. runs absolutely perfect. I had the idea to solder in the diode to two short wires with female and male connectors to make a plug almost. I can swap it out easily if anything happens. anyways, photos yayayayayay my car runs and shit.

been a little bit but im back. car decided to have a super awesome power drain problem... Like drain the whole car in 5-10 min while on. so i jumped to work. Replaced alternator and voltage regulator and lo and behold.... still happening so i got back to it. got up under my dash after tracing my alternator wires and found some coke looking liquid coming from the ignition. is this normal??? HELL NOOOO so i replaced the ignition and got a new switch. shes better now

It isnt carb. Its mechanical fuel injection and its already running super rich. so a bigger cam wouldn't hurt it. but i won't be running a super big cam, just a medium size cam. something that will lope a little.

If you get a huge ass cam make sure that you have stiffer valve springs and don't have to notch the pistons.

What about intake wise? Are you going to upgrade the jets or get a new carb?

I almost hope this thing doesn't look all boso, but stays clean hahaha.
