The fenders are real good an tidy. The whole front end will eventually be up if there's anything else you needed. I was going to keep it all but if it helps put anotger back on the road then that's all good. Everything is sweet, just the rad support is abit corroded, well, shitty looking at the bottom lip

    Fenders

Hey man, I got a nice set of front fenders currently sitting on my mk1 jetta if you're interested? Only coming off as I'm fitting a caddy/rabbit front end. Chuck me an email or pm and I'll send a couple of pics over. Actually, scrap that, I'll upload a pic now quickly

I'd appreciate it. Just let me know.

That said, before you start cutting up that trim - if you have nice, unbroken ones please sell them to me! Haha. I'll give you mine. My driver's side one is missing a piece around the corner light. Obviously that wouldn't matter for you.

Then buy an old school Kamie air dam to cover up the spot where the fender and front end do not match up. Shave all the holes for the trim, and flares cause i don't want either of them. Haha i developed a huge **** for flares after my current MK2.

Thinking that might look good, I guess i'm just going to have to wait and see!

Interesting front end setup you have there. Round light fenders with jetta headlights? Trims will be a major issue. Haha.
Hahaha i know what you mean, I really dig your Jetta still. Was on my way to school today in the MK2 and saw a dude in a tan 4 door. Got me real stoked.

Hahaha, I can assure you it won't be like that for too long. As soon as i get it running and sell the MK2. Coilovers are the first thing on my purchase list!

My brother and I washed our cars yesterday to snap a couple of photos. We figured why not mount a couple of his old basketweaves on the coupe and shove it into the pictures for fun.

Due to the lack of engine, the couple looks extremely lifted in the front. I find it hilarious for some reason.

I also found out I don't have the flywheel for it laying around anywhere Should be able to find one this week and hopefully make some progress!

Very cool. Wouldn't mind either of those on my coupe, I may have found the same valence in white for sale somewhat local to me. I'd be real stoked if i can get my hands on it!
