Man so much win on this build, cage is looking killer... Are you doing all of this cage your self or a fab shop? I am going to be adding a cage to my car and the more I see builds with killer cages I feel that I will break my budget on my cage build. Nice wide cage TT!!

"Art flow". I'm sure there are better apps to use, but it is fairly simple to use. Thanks!

I think it would look terrible without a grill. I don't care much for the one in the picture though.

The gusset is only a test piece. I need a better hole cutter before I can finalize them. I will also use an 1.5" hole and dimple.

I was really digging the way the gap in the headlight-fender junction became a sort of brake cooling duct, but I only saw it from that one angle.
The headlights are a huge improvement.

I have made more chassis progress, and will have an update in a few days.

I have a passion for customizing auto bodies... I am actually missing making progress on the body right now, so I used an app on my phone to draw my ideas for a custom front bumper. It is pretty rough, but gives you a good idea of what I am thinking. I am looking for opinions and suggestions, so don't hold any back.



All body styling designs are created by me. The TT world is a little stale when it comes to being creative with the exterior. I am pushing myself to redesign as much of it as possible, and only do it with my own ideas. My build is in a pretty large scale right now, so one man progress can only go as fast as I can make it. Stolen ideas seem to be normal these days... Just keep in mind where these first came from.

I started adding the rear down tubes. There are plenty more tube to add to the rear, but I was pretty excited to see these in place.






I have to hand notch everything, so I ran out of day light before finishing the other side's second tube.

I was just wondering if it really even is a TT anymore. By the time the carbon panels are built, there will very little Audi designed and produced anything left to it.
