Tonight was kinda a family night haha. my dad and brother came out to help me. but when my dad was grinding he ground a hole through my quarter (sorry for the crappy pictures my brother took them all)

He then started to fix it and made this

I think he should stick to being a BMW tech instead of a body man lol (hes usually pretty good at this stuff i think he had an off day)

i picked up some Evercoat Everglass. from what i understand from my friends (who are all journeyman body guys) i use this fiberglass first and then i use body filler. For body filler im going to use Evercoat Rage Ultra

I finished applying and sanding my spotwelds and where i welded the bottom of the quarter.

Over the past few weeks Ive been trying to finish up this body work... man is it one daunting task. i started getting over whelmed with everything so i decided to get organized. i made a check list of everything that needs to be done before i can start the motor swap, and then me and my brother cleaned the garage and put away and organized all of the tools. doing all that got me motivated and the work began.

We finished up the bondo work and cleaned off the car so we could put on a coat of paint so that i could then re sand and find all of my low points

Great progress. But why do HIDs in a euro lamp setup? If it's an authentic eurolamp, the cutoff is different than that of the US lamps & provides superior light output. Couple those with the high watt bulbs and the light output is pretty incredible. An HID without the proper shielding is dangerous for other drivers.
