Hey everyone,a short update here.
Found a solution for my sideskirts rsting issue!
Here it is:
No, not the cat, and not even the bike! E30 Touring sideskirts
Theyre plastic, and ima fabricate em to fit me. Gotta cut out the steel ones and do some crazy shit
And also got myself a full power steering kit, **** the wheel being so heavy. So thats gotta be installed soon too.
Cheers~

On a side-note, started de-rat-styling my car, aka removing the rust. **** those rust bubbles.
And installed the oil pan. Although i had to modify it a little more, since the alu one was a little lower at the place where the oil pump is located, and mine wasnt, so cut, and weld that piece 1cm lower. Fits perfect.

ya i still got it, sadly. But it's in plans to get rid of it.
Current plans are:
- To get the fenders on and painted
- Get two tires for the rear, since the ones i had are worn out
- Get the rubber intake tube/pipe cause mine is ripped and all taped up
- Change the front brake lines replaced, mines are starting to crack.
- Cut the metal sideskirts out, rust protect the inside and fiberglass the plastic touring ones on top.
- Fix some holes in the trunk.
- Change the bushings on the rear beam. (Thinking about doing rear disk brakes conversion)
That would be it at the moment, and then there comes the exhaust...

Been to a little trip - took a little photo:
Then had some fun while trying out GoPro camera:

Hey guys, been lazy to update this thread, things been moving, but mostly around general maintenance. Il just let the photos speak for themselves.
Parked the car in the garage
Just so i could do this
The whole front suspension was changed. Now if you want to turn the wheel you really need some muscle. There even were some factory parts there! Damnn..
So then went for a wheel alignment. From this:
To this
Also put the fiberglass fenders on, and fixed all the rust holes in the front.
Changed my front brakes to a vented setup from a 325. Feels much better in stopping now. Actually its better stopping than acceleratingBut im looking into a M42 swap
Still need to change the rear beam bushings, got some urethane, love feelin em bumps
And also the damn fender need heavy alignment #fuckingfiberglassparts
Cheers guys~

Wow, i haven't updated this in a long time..
There have been lots of changes since the last updated.
Firstly - i have installed the fiberglass panels i had, the result can be seen on this picture:
They are not a perfect fit, and i still need to align them - but they are way better than the old rusty ones. They are not polished in this picture and trim is still not attached. The actual goal was to make them never rust
There are a few rust spots on the car that are going to get fixed this summer. The biggest ones are at the rear skirt.. Very common place for them.. But who cares right?
Next - i installed the hood that i got as a gift:
And also installed these seats:
They are from an IS and were completely reupholstered in leather
Also added a heating element in them - because during winter leather get really cold :x
Got a deal on some nice, straight wheel from Germany:
One might notice that they are 5-lug
But i've got it sorted:
If there's anyone interested in that kit - shoot me a PM, can also link to a feedback thread on r3vlimited.
There were many other things i did, such as power windows with the E36 buttons, remounted my amplifier, fixed somethings/broke some things, well you know
Last, but not least - got this as a gift to myself:
Rieger Infinity lip
It is fiberglass - but it's a really good copy. I've already made a mold of it in case i break it.
I still need to put it on, before that i need to straighten the metal skirt - it's all warped, and looks like garbage. Needs a paint..
That's it for now, see ya next time.

Dont really have a lot of pics
And if i do - they're not the best quality, my main "camera" is a Nexus 5
But here's a few recent ones:
Here's the mold i made of the lip:
Also, on a side note - for those having low sump problems i have a little advice. Make yourself a steel sump - that thing literally saved me a dozen of times.
Also i swaped the rear JOM springs to my old red springs of some kind, just because i did not like the ride height. Might aswell take out the rubber soon, want it to sit lower.. The front is pretty much Ok, all i need is bigger wheels.. 16's would be awesome, but that will be only after a 5-lug swap. Would need something like R16 8J at about ET11. Some oldschool meshes would work.
Also i now have a garage, maybe i will store my car there during winter..
