update: I've been horribly sick for about a week and in-turn missed the show that I wanted to first bring the car out to I even spent a whole day working on it while I was sick hoping to make it and just couldn't do it. I'm finally just starting to get my voice back and almost feel normal again so now I need to get back to work.

I'm trying to get everything buttoned up with it now and ready for the drive to SoWo! What this means is getting the car registered, bleeding the brakes a bit more and getting all the air out of the cooling system.

On a side note one of my good friends is trying to sell his very rare set of WRD wheels. Take a look if you have a use for 5x100 stuff. If my car was 5-lug I'd be all over them!

The little details you're doing make me smile.

Looking forward to see it all come together, you've earned it.

thanks guys for the positive feedback! It's almost back together actually.

If anyone is local enough to CT come out to Staggered this Sunday 5/5. A bunch of my friends locally run the show, it's an awesome venue and the cars are top notch. You will not be disappointed. The car will be there, it's my favorite local show of the year.

So we picked the car up last night and the paint looks phenomenal. It's not even going to need wet sanding anything at all, it's seriously like glass and I couldn't be more happy about that.

Now for the bad news, there's always bad news.

The bad news is that there's some pretty serious overspray under the hood which I'm livid about. I'm going to be having a word with my painter today when I pick up the bumpers. Lots of hours of painting and cleaning went into everything there, to have it ruined. I basically can't do anything about it until I pull the motor and repaint all sorts of black stuff, so if you see this car anytime soon, the hood is going to be shut.

this happened on Saturday night too.
    -165/50 on a 15x7.5-

We went with the starting fluid trick since Mike forgot the cheetah at work. The construction of the barrel on my wheels made it so we justtttt barely had to do this. It almost walked itself right on but just wasn't enough. For federals, the Formoza tires are fairly stiff. I love the rounded look of them tho.
