Hopefully you have better luck and find one in one piece! This one is disassembled and everything plastic on it has cracks everywhere. It will be a time consuming project to put that simple little console in.

How were cold starts with the engine before you tore everything down? I'm really interested because I have an m10 in a '76 02 and with a Weber 32/36, cold starts are a complete shit show. It seems like the kfish system is a more reliable setup when running right.

Cold starts were totally fine. It's hot starts that are a problem, but that's an e21 thing. I have k jet not k fish, but i guess they're fairly similar. And I'm no longer doing the 32/36 just for simplicity sake. Converting everything will just cost more money and time, which i'm running out of at the moment.

I'm not magic. I just clean things and fix what's broken and paint them and lower them and put them on shiny wheels. That is one really happy puppy though.

HERE'S A SUPER RAD FUEL FLOPPER STRAW HOLDING DEVICE THAT I CLEANED A LITTLE, BUT DIDN'T TAKE APART BECAUSE I'M AFRAID OF IT.



AND I CLEANED THIS INTAKE BOOT A LOT BECAUSE THE NEEK TOLD ME THEY COMMONLY CAUSE VACUUM LEAKS AND I WANTED TO MAKE SURE IT DIDN'T HAVE ANY HOLES OR CRACKS. I'M FAIRLY SURE IT HAS BEEN REPLACED RECENTLY. IT'S IN GOOD SHAPE.
