    Thanks for the love y'all!!

It's most definitely a super faded light blue. Looks great in person in my opinion. I haven't really figured out what I'm going to do about the hood, I'm really on the fence about it. And as far as reverse goes...I'm almost positive its the linkage considering it's not hooked up but I plan on doing some work to the beast tomorrow.

Got her running today. I lucked out and got a fairly decent used battery for 40 bucks instead of the 140 it would have cost me for a brand new one. Started right up!

The last thing I need to get her running is the little clip that connects the shift lever to the linkage. I found it before online and it was around 5 bucks, but I can't seem to find the website where I found it anymore. Does anybody know where I can get this clip from??

          Thanks

edit// I'm almost positive this is the clip I need, although it says it's for an automatic trans..

There's one of these in good shape in the junkyard here. Doors still closed like a new car too.

Well, in that case, buy it and drive it up here. I'll pull everything off of it that I need and you'll be free to drive it home.

How is it finding exterior parts for these?

Located one around my way that is missing a bit of door trim and such.

I haven't really tried searching for anything as far as exterior trim and whatnot. I do need some trim clips but that mbzspecialist.com website has just about anything available.

On that note, turns out the shifter problem was just some rotted out bushings. Just took it for a drive and it runs great! Leaking a small amount of oil but nothing that I wouldn't expect from a 36 year old car.

Still trying to decide what to do about the hood. NEED OPINIONS!

                  Thanks

Haven't done much at all lately, going to start gathering some fresh suspension parts for when I cut the springs. Although I did do one thing...

Budweiser tap handle shift knob! Love it and the throw is like you're driving a damn semi-truck.
