The blue really pops, and please don't put blast pipes on this bitch...the stock tips look fine...I would just add a trunk lip maybe

Not much of an update, haven't done anything cool really. Shredded a piece of my harness again, what I need to do is extend it so that I can move it around more and try to tuck it higher. Or else I should get a piece of sheet metal and cover it. Drove it on the freeway one night, came home parked it, everything was normal. Went to drive it the next day suddenly my brakes are all crazy and feels like I'm trying to stop on ice. There was kind of a crunching feeling and the steering wheel would shake like crazy. I thought maybe my M.C was going bad or brake booster, and after researching a bit I found that it could possibly be the gasket between the two. However no fluid was dripping what so ever from the lines or M.C or gasket. Then I remembered when I bottomed out on the freeway and my ABS light came on for a second. 3-4 wires were shredded but not all the way through, but apparently my ABS was screwed up. So I fixed that and flushed out the old brake fluid and bled the brakes. However my front calipers were seized so I had to take those off the rotor and manually compress the pistons on them.

Here's a pic of my frame. While the car doesn't seem super low the frame sits lower than the body panels, and also for those referencing the wheel gap up front and rear, take into consideration I cut 2.5 - 3 inches of fender and qtr panel out to mount the flares. When Battle Version finally makes the front NRCA's I will remount the front flare lower but will most likely not touch the front coilovers. As of right now with -3ish camber front I can not go lower without rubbing on my current tire setup. And I happen to like the 40 series tires and being able to turn quietly haha.

Also repainted the calipers copper w/ metal flake, they were previously painted silver but it just looked kind of basic

Thanks man, would like to see your car. I'm sure you'd have to cut the towers if you went lower

Thanks, didn't choose the color although it's not as bad as I thought it would be, and since they were freshly coated before I got them, refinishing is not a top priority.

I have been practicing with my camera a bit and here's some photos from the other night. Recently discovered RAW images vs just shooting JPEGs and you really do get a lot more control over the image. Any critique or tips on photography are welcome, I'm just trying to improve.

Yeah but I still have to go through emissions. I'm thinking of getting an X pipe put in and taking out the middle cat and leaving the first 2 that come off the headers. Not sure yet I'm going to redo my exhaust setup fairly soon probably.

Although i cant go as low as you over here in australia (Laws are so strict in victoria), this car is a mad inspiration, thanks for sharing. Love the lines of the ucf10/11, mines ucf20 haha lexus represent haha.
How low can you go before you run into issues? i just dont want to have to take to my struts thats all.
Yeah well the under carriage of the car sits way lower than the body panels so that is an issue. My car doesn't look extremely low but the frame is 1.5 inches off the ground if not lower. Also I had the flanges cut out for the rear mufflers and the pipes are just welded together because they used to get caught on everything and it would make the exhaust tips crooked. I should really look into getting a skid plate made for the oil pan because that sits pretty low as well. The UCA issue is probably your biggest concern though, if it's knocking on the tower you're ride will be terrible.
