I'm going to put 3mm on instead of the 5mm ones that are on now. Couple of mil should stop it catching, little lower too

Not sure what's next. Need to clean the bay up as it's real skanky but keep putting it off!

That wheel looks great..i was expecting to see a wooden Nardi for some reason though

    What coils did you get?
Yes I should have spent more.. No wooden wheel here

    Hottunning coilovers this time..

And rain it did! Got drenched, cold, pissed off but got there in the end.

    Interior:

    coilovers:

Got more camber at the front now. Need to fiddle with the height a bit (lower maybe???), put a 3mm spacer on instead of a 5mm 'cos it catches at full lock slightly.

They are indeed rubbish, had to wind it on with the bolt. Not recommended!

Got a crappy pic of the wheel. Got a handbrake and gear gaiter to go on, oil change and filter and new coilovers to do tomorrow. *do not rain*

    Ohhhh, parcels today!!!

^ THE crappest boss in history..

    Steering wheel inside!

What a fookin nightmare..Five minute job thinks I..

I bought the boss off ebay for £25, the next day they had them on there for £10 which pissed me off before I'd even started. The boss is shit. The slip ring wouldn't fit on so I had to faff about trimming things and grinding the boss to get it to fit, the hole for the horn wiring is in the wrong place so I had to faff with that. I put the wheel just on the spines to make sure it was straight, drove in a straight line to end of the road to make sure, stopped at the end of the road to do the bolt up..Mmmm, really tight on the splines.. The boss is ali so I wound it on with the bolt thinking " I hope I don't have to take this off again because I don't think I'll be able to..". All done...turn ignition on... horn on continuously! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Soooo I'm stuck at the end of my road outside someone elses house unable to move my car without the horn going all the time. Much wiggling and pulling on the wheel finally got it off, more faff with the slipring/wiring, stabbed myself in the hand with stanley knife, contemplated slitting my wrists, and we're there! 10 mins with the horn and I'm all done. So much for a five minute job!!

Loving the wheel, stick some pics up when I get the chance.

    Ah, one more parcel..

    Shiny!

Mine is a 318is, with the 16v M42 (140bhp) motor. It's fine once it's rolling but you gotta keep the revs above 4k if you're in a hurry. Sometimes I'm happy with it, others I hanker after more power..

I didnt mean i want to see it back on the Rondells - change is good.

I still got a question: is this the 116hp or 140hp 318? And how satisfied are you with the power?

But what i like the most is the work you put into it. Those rear quarters came out great.

Also this is off the hook Crazy clean interior!

I dont really feel the silver Schnitzers though..maybe another color makes them work

    Keep up the good work!
Thanks bud! I'm pretty chuffed at how the arches came out, I'd prefer black leather though if I'm honest, the silvergrey is a bitch to keep clean..

Rondells have been sold last night.. Gave the car a clean and took some half decent photos
