If it's bagged I better see the front and the rear portion of the sideskirt laying on the ground before you try to entitle yourself as the lowest.

Not going to start arguing with you on this. I think bags are great. They're the best of both drivability and looks. But all bagged cars are "lowest" if you want to include them. You just push a button and lay frame. There are probably a thousand other bagged e36's on earth, so theirs are the lowest too.
