He's saying that you can talk alllllllllll you want about being the lowest and whatnot, but the final fact is that you're on bags. So it's not too memorizing that you're low(even if you drive around low). I'm not banging on you, because your car looks awesome, but it's just how it is.

The car looks great but mine is still goes lower. Bags or coils it doesn't matter. Its a quest for the lowest, not the lowest static...

Not going to start arguing with you on this. I think bags are great. They're the best of both drivability and looks. But all bagged cars are "lowest" if you want to include them. You just push a button and lay frame. There are probably a thousand other bagged e36's on earth, so theirs are the lowest too.
