Thanks guys
I think I remember that day a few months ago. I live about a mile from Alondra's. Do you live in the area or go to the Cha meet?Originally posted by Vincent123 View PostI remember seeing your car many months ago parked in front of alondra's hot wings in alhambra. I went throught the suspension about 6 months ago with Koni sports and upgraded torsions. After the last few months it's been pretty good on track, but hasn't blown me away. After missing my lap goal by a full second I was pretty disappointed.
This disappointment turned into these RSR front struts and 934 rear dampers came in today. Now I'm waiting on a set of Swift Springs (Big thank you to Extreme Time Attack for the $200 credit I just found out I won!) and coilover hardware from Rebel Racing.

Thanks again guys, you're all way too kind.
Thanks man, that's the plan. It still needs a lot of help in both departments though, and I'm hoping to have it both nice to look at and fast fairly soon. This is kind of a dream project for me and a car I want to keep forever regardless of other future projects.Originally posted by 99sil-teg View PostSo sick, love how you track it and show it haha.

This last weekend was spent preparing and going to Buttonwillow
Friday and Saturday was spent doing a hellacious oil cooler install.

Saturday afternoon we were on our way

Topping her off once the oil lines opened up and the oil level settled

The CCWs back on and ready to set a quick lap.

Sitting on grid waiting to get out

I wasn't able to drive much due to cooling issues, however I did make a brief appearance in the time attack session. With only one hot lap recorded I was able to win the RWD Open/Unlimited class. It was kind of a hollow victory since I didn't hit my target lap time time for the weekend and the car had a second or two left in it if I was able to get a few more laps in.

This weekend we'll be working on the exhaust so I can put a rear bumper on.

Thanks guys!
Thank you. The stance all around needs work, but I want to wait until all the body work done before I fit the wheels to the car.Originally posted by projektzwo View Postcan't you push out the rear wheels little bit more?
looks phenomenal!
It's definitely not for everyone, but it's a must on track.Originally posted by evilstar View Postonly thing that bothers me is the double tail, otherwise this is great.
hope i get to see it at a meet soon.
