Outstanding wheel choice. Key!s makes a great product, and that'll look killer with your 911. Looking forward to more!

I understand that is more useful for you on the track, just that IMO the(many) rounded gauges across the dash look sweet on those old 911 (and other older cars)
I ran into a few hiccups, but I should have them ironed out within a week or so. Once i do I'll take some pictures.

I know what you mean abou the factory gauges though. It too a few months for me to finally pull the trigger on this and that was a big factor.

Sorry, didn't see this. It logs peak values for everything measured. If I add the lap timer it will log that, but I use something else for all of my on track data logging.

Thank you lol, until the car gets painted the car will look pretty much the same.

    Andrew is correct.

There were a few reasons for me switching to this cluster.

    a. I look at all of my gauges at least 3-5 times a lap. I've missed apexes after short straights because I had to sweep my whole dash to look at oil level, warning lights, oil pressure, oil temperature, afr's, and the tach (in the video I posted before you can see me miss the club corner apex at Buttonwillow for this same reason). This cluster puts most of those together and it's digital so I know the exact number at a glance.

    b. I was concerned about the 35 year old gauges, wiring, and sensors accuracy. With this cluster everything was brand new.

    c. I've always wanted a Stack cluster.

I've run into a few snags during the install. It's pretty obvious the harness is designed for an FR car since none of the sensors reach the harness. This is no problem for the temp sensors, but the pressure sensors have a specific connect and I'd rather not cut their nice sensor wiring apart. I'm also running into issues with the tach signal. I think I may need to have something inline to clean up the signal.

Amir can correct me. But my understanding is its a centralized gauge that monitors most of the things factory gauges do So the you have the benefit of not having to monitor all the different gauges. It can also be programmed to give warnings when for instance you have low oil pressure, oil temp too hot, coolant temp too hot etc..... Some of them also have logging capabilities, which is always nice for a track car.

Ordering some carbon fiber sheets for the dash, and collecting all of my adapters for the cluster. I'm hoping to install it this weekend.

Thanks man, I'm pretty lucky to work at the shop I do. I have basically everything I need and it's pretty close to my house.

Just get another set of wheels and use your m3 for both. S2k's are awesome, that or an Exige will probably my next car.
