Ordering some carbon fiber sheets for the dash, and collecting all of my adapters for the cluster. I'm hoping to install it this weekend.

I'm going to attempt to install the cluster today.

Andrew is correct.
There were a few reasons for me switching to this cluster.
a. I look at all of my gauges at least 3-5 times a lap. I've missed apexes after short straights because I had to sweep my whole dash to look at oil level, warning lights, oil pressure, oil temperature, afr's, and the tach (in the video I posted before you can see me miss the club corner apex at Buttonwillow for this same reason). This cluster puts most of those together and it's digital so I know the exact number at a glance.
b. I was concerned about the 35 year old gauges, wiring, and sensors accuracy. With this cluster everything was brand new.
c. I've always wanted a Stack cluster.
I've run into a few snags during the install. It's pretty obvious the harness is designed for an FR car since none of the sensors reach the harness. This is no problem for the temp sensors, but the pressure sensors have a specific connect and I'd rather not cut their nice sensor wiring apart. I'm also running into issues with the tach signal. I think I may need to have something inline to clean up the signal.

I understand that is more useful for you on the track, just that IMO the(many) rounded gauges across the dash look sweet on those old 911 (and other older cars)
I know what you mean abou the factory gauges though. It too a few months for me to finally pull the trigger on this and that was a big factor.

I also just picked up a Key!s wheel from Will at Rennstall and some paneling for the dashboard. Interior should be looking nice in a couple weeks

I haven't had too much to update lately. I've been waiting for parts to come in.
The rear coils came in yesterday from rebel racing.
And my Key!s wheel came in from Rennstall today.
I'm incredibly happy with quality of everything that's come in. I should be doing some work this week to get everything with the interior done, and to get the chassis reinforced in preparation for the coil overs.
