Ah I see, its the same allusion with a lot of older bmw's such as mine. The rear wheel well is a lot lower, making the wheel gap look bigger in the front and giving the perception of reverse rake. Anyway, keep up the good work!Originally posted by LFZ View PostFront settled alittle more and it did come down....It gives the preception of reverse rake due to the flaring of the sideskirts toward the rear. I have measured the bottom of the front and back of the side skirt, it's a small amount shorter up front, but I know what you mean about the reverse rake..

LOL! I'm working on getting into a trailer park soon!Originally posted by blackg5 View Postthis pic reminded me of -->

SICK car nonetheless..
I understand...I guess that is the main preception of stance, and I agree with all the above you said. I was mainly going for a lowered, nice sitting Z, but wanted to keep the handling aspects up to par as well. I'm trying to have my cake and eat it too...these cars respond so differently to mods when it comes to performance, I do not want to compromise any of the cars capabilities.Originally posted by Spatakula View PostSince when did it become "stanced" with a mildly lower suspension and stock wheels? When I think stanced, I think of a stretched tire, crazy wide wheels with a super low offset, with a nice amount of negative camber.
Not trying to bust any balls.
Sick ride though none the less!

Me too. Thank you.Originally posted by coconutt View Post^ I am actually glad I didn't see that in this thread.
Thanks.Originally posted by brownishwater View PostIt's called objectivity.
I can go lower and have it sittin pretty, but the car is not as forgiving as other cars when it comes to lowering...So "mildly lowered" will have to do.Originally posted by SD202 View PostI think that it looks great "mildly lowered with stock wheels"
Maybe instead of saying "stanced" I should have gone for "lowered" Z06.
Good meeting you too man. Hope to see you out on Thursdays at CCI and other events. Your car looks great as well man....your mustang definitely has a true stance.Originally posted by shark tales View Postnice to meet you today Lee. the car is full of carbon detail and had a great stance.

Looks good. Don't give up any handling though! If you set up your car right, it will stick even better than oem. Focus on that or it's a waste!
