Thanks...nothing new other than riding lower than most. Other vette guys at shows says it looks like ass, or it looks like the leaf springs are broken.

Looks good. Don't give up any handling though! If you set up your car right, it will stick even better than oem. Focus on that or it's a waste!

What *size* tires are you running?

No handling was compromised...it sees 1.2Gs on the reg. Tires are 285/30 front 345/25 rear.

Trust me I know...I have already priced out a set of ADV1s, HREs, and 360s, but I just can't seem to fork over the dough ($7k) for a set of wheels. Then if I go to resell them, I wouldn't shite for them....

Love the car and what your doing. Such bad ass cars stock and your putting it over the top. Glad your not sacraficing the performance just to be dumped. I would love to see this with another set of wheels, something with some real meaty tires would be good. I actually liked the stock wheels quite a bit even more if they werent chrome (sandblasting maybe?). maybe the current wheels could use some spacers?

Vid is coming....waiting on my buddy to get his car back from Katech and we're doing one together.

I've had several wheel choices come my way including a killer deal on a set of 360 forged, but they got sold just as I was about to pull the trigger. Got another set of forged monoblocks I like, but the vendor is asking way too much for them. Also got a set of ADV1s being offered to me...but damn big $$$.

I like the ZR1 wheels...they do the job. I wouldn't run spacers, because that just requires me taking off the hub to install longer studs, and that is a PITA job for me to partake in right now.

Okay, you officially cost me $3,600 bucks!!! I was doing some research on Pfadt coilovers and came across this thread. Just placed my order.

Sweet Z06 by the way. If you are still looking for rims, even though they are big $$$$, get some ADV.1 rims. They are worth it and will make your ride even look more KILLER!

My mods:

Black chrome RaceMesh in all vent openings
Katech carbon fiber front splitter, side skirts and rear spoiler
Akrapovic titanium exhaust with carbon fiber tips
Halltech carbon fiber GT2 Dred hood.
Halltech carbon fiber CF102 and carbon fiber heat shield.
Caravaggio Daytona seats, steering wheel, center console, ebrake and shifter
ADV.1 10.1SL rims with 19/20 ZR1 tire sizes

Incoming...... Pfadt featherlight coilovers and sway bars.
