I'm sorry but this is just plain wrong! Not the build, the style, or parts....but the work. Please rethink the rear work....
I am new at lowering... if i have done something wrong or unsafe plz let me know, I have a friend coming up to look at it for me (i think) today that has done alot more lowering than i have , I have had a guy look at it look at it that has been doing custom fab work on heavy equipment for 30 years he said the frame looks as strong as it was before, Im here to learn and do it right... if all you say is its wrong then I learn nothing, if you take the time to point out where it is wrong or unsafe then i know better, if you point it out and I don't listen then I a stupid

Ahhh man, thanks for your compliment. But honestly, I'm the type that can like any type of slammed progress no matter what type of vehicle, from working with what little they have to top dollar name brand everything. I enjoy seeing diverse cars/trucks/whatever being slammed & fitted.
Dear God, that rear notch ... No. Just no. There's a very big difference between doing things "rat rod" and half-assing things.
Should look like this:
Please, do yourself and everyone else a favor and brace that notch on the inside, if you don't box the entire frame around it [which I'd highly suggest].
A poorly-done notch is the #1 failure point on a lowered truck of any kind. Usually when they break the rear axle walks and you lose control of your truck - if that happens on the freeway it could be disastrous.
The rest of the build is alright, but please fix that notch job. I've seen some sketchy shit before, and have fixed stuff like that before too, it's best to do it right. I don't want it to seem like I'm preaching blindly, but I build King of Hammers and Trophy Trucks for a living, so I have a good idea of frame stresses and their failure points.
Ideas I've been thinking about, I've been doing some reading on 03 crown vic ifs swaps. They bolt right up and would let me go a lot lower. But a friend has a 98 mustang parts car I'm sure I could get the whole front clip cheap , but just thought for now,
It's an old picture but just C notch it in case you do bags or anything. Do it once and never worry about it. I had a friend of mine with a shop do it, having a solid frame is really important, something I wouldn't chance. If you back half it that's even better though. I wouldn't back half it if you're staying static.
The only thing lower than my standards is my truck.
