"A less- assuming enthusiast probably wouldnt even think that this Z ran because of how naked the engine compartment was. The motor looks as if it just floats there, with nothing else in sight." Super Street 9/2012
recieved some parts for the beast this week, and started to mount the bags
120 bbs rm bolts, and the tool for them and stickers to the outer edge on the rims. i will order wider edges after the bags is mounted.
the beast, as it sits now
the bags, and everything i need to assemble them. the rear struts didnt fit of course..im keeping this, and they will ship the correct set for free.
doesnt fit
im gonna mount a woodplate and my compressor in my spare wheel well. I will also mount wood in the trunk and cower it with a similar to original fabric. here will the tank and valves also be mounted.
a little rust hole... got two of them! will fix it when the winter comes!
will start to assemble everything tomorrow, hope the kit works good!
I've heard some pretty terrible things about airbagit, but maybe they've stepped up their quality by now. Hope they hold up for you!
do you have some kind of source to this? it looks and feels like good quality, but they did actually send me rear struts that was 10mm too big. hmm..? that problem is solved now and the bags that fit will be shipped after the weekend. its 2-3 months until i get my drivers licence, so its no hurry!

Just do some research online, you will find thread upon thread of pissed off customers and guys talking a bunch of shit on their products. I also worked in the air suspension industry for a short while and heard their products were complete garbage. Never had personal experience though!
The bags are getting shipped over tomorrow! ive picked up some used front struts to weld the front bags to.
Has also started on mounting the tank and making the wood flor. pics will come tomorrow after work...
