So there's some good and bad news. Good news is that the turbo was a success it built boost didn't knock or ping and had a decent acceleration curve and didn't go lean. The bad news is that the crank had major end play and therefore we had to tear the engine down to bare nothing and now im stuck waiting on parts. Big thanks to Rodney and Luke for helping me yank the motor and get her apart to find the issue. Also thanks everyone else who helped me make the turbo system happen! Enough with the stories heres some pics.
exhaust fab.

C-hutch precision rising rate fuel pump pressure tap

exhaust fab continued flanges welded and all that jazz

turbo mounted and plotting out how the cold side and bov would be routed.

then bam finished and wrapped with my crazy ass stinger hangin off

took her for a test drive to see how it was doing ran pretty good considering i had not modified the tune or anything at all.

upon arriving back to the shop after about a mile long journey i noticed the crank moving more than a half inch inside the block (unacceptable). so while it was still warm we yanked the motor and had it looking like this.

then about 30min later she was reduced to a pile of parts.

shitty i know but sucks to play with old cars that were never intended to make any power at all
