Oh dude, I fucking love this thing. I LOVE VIP cars, and hope to build one when I can afford it. It's just that I have an automatic, and want to straight pipe it, but I can't help but think It would just sound like the ricer auto civics that drive by my house with exhausts.

Oh okay cool I hear ya! What kind of car do you have nowadays? That's really what defines if you can get away with it imo. It can be a little annoying not being able to choose which gear youre in. My car screams at low rpms and then seems to quiet down at higher revs so it would be nice to have more control over that especially when Im near cops. I had tiny tires on it over winter and then I swapped in my 18s, it drives at lower revs now and got a little more annoying to drive hahah. No drone on the highway though so I dont mind it!

It's not awkward at all but actually effing awesome. I don't think I would straight pipe any other automatic car than a big body sedan. Any true vip platorm, cima, fuga, gloria/cedric, celsior, aristo, etc. or a 7 series are about the limit. Anything else is whack IMO but a big body sedan gets away with it. If you aren't into aggressive vip cars you might not get or appreciate my car which is cool because the car's all me and I love it

btw I was at a local meet last night and someone said, "it's cool and all but I just cant handle that it's automatic" luls. Then people kept asking how it handles and what kind of performance mods etc etc. Everyone was loving it but I'm not sure some people get the car.

I love it! I'll follow your build for sure! It's amazing how changing your trunk to a 97-98 change the car. Amazing upgrade and the vs-xx look awesome!

I wish my neighbors felt the same but thanks man glad you like it. Some people arent fans but in person most people fall in love. Changes the whole "presence" of the car
