I have not given up on it yet. I am still working on it. I haven't had time to post due to working on it so much. I have been doing a lot of head scratching and running around. I went to 4 fab shops to get my aluminum radiator welded and my header welded. Its been a whirl wind of work, email, shopping for parts, working on the Jetta, making stuff and making stuff work. I've been through all kinds of emotions from ****** the car to loving it all over again. The trailing arms I made don't work and I had to scrap them and start all over again. All the money on materials wasted. I finally got my fuel cell in and it was damaged for the second time from fed ex. I think Ill try to fix it locally and not have to ship it. I'm bummed but what can you do but take it and keep on trucking. The amount of support from friends and the forums has been humbling and well appreciated. I cant thank every one who has come over to help with things enough. when the Jetta is finished Ill have to start a separate thread for all the IOU work Ill be doing. I'm not sure which one will get the most attn or which one will start first. either way thank you all for your appreciation. now for pictures because **** is lame with out em.

Here is the abs module bracket. I used the idea from savko's build on vortex. I dont remember what page of his it was off of. I used some 1x1 and flat stock to build a mount for it. I also used some oem bolts I wasnt using to make studs on the bottom of the frame rail.

Here is the header mod I dont like the ebay header mounts and for 75 who can complain. I got the flex pipe from summit but any good local exhaust shop should have some. It is also stainless just not polished. If I cant see it I wont polish it.

I had the inline filler welded to the radiator. The mishimoto radiator isn't a great fit. I wouldn't recommend this for the novice. If you don't have cooling issues stay with a good stock radiator. I switched cause I was worried about cooling with all that im doing.
Im not sure if I want to polish or paint that piece. Ill know more when I get it back in.

I also wanted to clean up the stock throttle. I cut the cooling ducts off and Ill clean the rest up layer. I didn't want it to be too bulky so I flipped it as well. I'm not sure who recommended it but I like the way it looks.

one nice thing I found when building the trialing arms is that it pulls the wheel in nicely and gives me an extra3/4 to 1inch clearance. it sucks Ill have to re do them but Its the name of the game.
Thank you again to my Friend Anthony for coming over and helping me figure that part out.

stay tuned.........
almost forgot to add the new intake and ac fittings. If you don't know who built it by the table it was the infamous swoops. Thank you greg for your patience and taking the time to build this for me.
