Holy fuck that's rough. Good news, your car has actual leather seats, instead of the mbtex which is a vinyl material most Mercedes came with. However there's no way you can recover that shit. This car has seen better days but its still recoverable

Ok pics of the worst of the interior. Main things are dash, a few misc switches missing, a good shampoo and general scrubbing. honestly ever bit of the interior will need to be touched...

thats cool. i am considering wrapping dash in either leather or a tan and white plaid with other bits of the interior done the same way.
also i am not sure what one of the switched i need. i need a sunroof one and another one that is pushed into the dash also missing the "seats" for the seat adjust switches. not memory setup.

weve all been here... starting our build with a POS. please work on suspension first! after that find wheels and pretty up the exterior...

good point about fitment before paint. i will repaint roof hood trunk doors and leave the fenders alone for now. If i go static it will be yellow speed racing coilovers. i want a nice ride cruiser though. how rough is static when your really low?
I like the idea of pretty much keeping the exterior looks the way it is. just cleaning it up to factory spec stance it and make the interior super nice!

imo, lower it, not bags, and go to a set of OZ AMG's 8,5 and 10j17" with gold center and mirror polished lips.

remove that black windows and keep the original colour. OEM front grill and headlights (at least in Europe the headlights are different), matte black the bumpers and all the plastic pieces, respray the taillights in red, keep the ambar in front...clean and polish all the car...

then it would look awesome

id suggest getting your wheel fitment dont before paint so you know if you need to work on the guards or not? thered be nothing worse then getting it painted, then realising u need to roll/pull the gurds and fcking up the nice new paint
