I'm just going to go ahead and say what I've been thinking about this build thread for a while.
I think its a great premise, and idea, however I think the execution has been lacking.
I feel you have cut some corners on an otherwise great build.
I understand you are a HS kid on a budget and I hope that you see the same things that I do, and are planning on fixing some of the things as you go.

I am definitely planning on fixing/ redoing some things, which I could skimp on(i.e, performance wise/ looks wise, not safety wise or that sort of thing) the first time around.
Such as:
- New rebuilt/ built engine.
- oem remote mount booster set-up.
- New clutch/ flywheel/ pressure plate.
- repainted bay.
- Redone dash.
- and a lot of other stuff.
However, if for nothing but something to think about when I go through the car the next few years and tie up loose ends, what exactly were you talking about? Feel free to comment, or just send me a pm. Really am trying to see things from every possible angle.
Car is going to be back at my house tuesday, so I'll have a lot more time to work on it! Picking carbs up by the end of the week and placing my last (hopefully) enormous order from Summit Racing.
Also, in an effort to keep things simple, and incredibly easy to diagnose, heres how engine wiring will go:
- Tach: Need to tap a wire in dizzy, run back to engine side c101 connector.
- Alternator: Main wire back to c101.
- Starter: Run back to dash with push-button activation.
