  • 40 Weight sounds nice.. Introducing morzechowski's BT A4

Hello gentlemen, my name is Mike, I'm from Minnesota.

I have never been huge on national forums, I liked to stay local. But I have recently joined the national forums here to share my build and answer questions to anyone that is looking for advise or has questions about something I did in my build.

I will update with Dyno results, videos of launch control shinnanigan's, photos, and anything hip.

I'm a little late to join here so I will just throw a ton of pictures and build info out here to begin with.

The car came with a PES T28, that lasted me less than one week, then it ate ****.

^^ can anyone guess whats going to happen next??? :screwy:

    Some Pards.

    The workstation.

    Stock crank, polished and balanced.

okay so at first I quickly just threw everything into the car and ran lines so we could quickly get my friends lugtronic ecu in and start the car to make sure everything is okay before moving to cosmetics. This is what I ended up with.

    Intake

Okay so now at this point we installed my buddies lugtronic ecu and the car ran great, so for some reason I thought I was try to save some money and go with Eurodyne for software. Horrible mistake.. What a POS that was, I gave the car to a local Eurodyne dealer and had them install Maestro, then they could not get the car to run properly on it. The fuel trims would peak from way too rich, to way too lean. my A/F was like a roller coaster going up and down. They kept the car for a month trying to fix it and nothing worked. So I told them to keep the tune, I got a refund, then I started doing my homework on standalone EMS's.

Also at this time, since I knew my car ran fine on lugtronic, I started making everything pretty.

    Shave & Tuck.

Here I relocated my battery and washer tank to the trunk, Most people who shave the bay on our A4's move the ABS to the stock battery location, I decided against this due to something else needing to go in that location. So after some modifications to the stock ABS mounting bracket, and only two new brake lines I got it tucked away nicely.

Why i needed to keep my ABS away from the battery location.

    GRIZzLY CATCH CAN YO

    Fuel.

    PAINT!

    fuel lines.

Now the awesomeness, and how the car sits as we speak

andddd a video of it at idle on Lugtronic [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DT6ScCgzAP0&feature=player_embedded"]Mikes A4 running - YouTube[/ame]

At this time I went to Full Blown here in Minnesota and got hooked up with this..

Dalers08: The bumper was not bad If you have an angle grinder. I had to cut the shape of my core out of that aluminum support, then I chopped all the stock grill clips off, then cut room for the pipes.

Those are all the pictures I could find of the front bumper.

No problem, feel free to hack away at as much as you can from behind that bumper to lose front end weight. I swear mine must weigh under 5lb now.

Also, I will be at the shop tomorrow and my bumper is off at the moment, so I can snap a photo of the back of it for you.
