Thanks guys, I forgot to mention that I'm positioning the fenders so that they are even with the rockers. Basically I raised the rear fender up a little over an inch over the original and I'm leaving the fronts at the same height, so when the car is low, the rocker is parallel with the ground and the wheel gap is even on the front and rear fenders. I'm just not a huge fan of the reverse rake look where the rear is tucking wheel and the front is barely tucking tire.

Thanks man,
Here are a few more pics of the possible aired out stance. I love it, I really hope I can make this happen. With an extra 20-30mm spacer, I think it would be prime:

Sweet Build
Following this religiously now - everything you do looks damn nice. One day I will get my hands on an 02... one day! Haha. Just a couple of quick questions if you don't mind - what wheels are they and do you photoshop your photos after the magic lantern? They look fantastic... Sorry for getting slightly off track. Keep up the awesome work!!

Thanks man, that will be a good day when you finally get your hands on one. The wheels are Diamond Racing Steelies 15x8 et0, they can come in a wide variety of color combo's and are pretty affordable. Pretty damn heavy though, I'm kind of surprised. As for the photo's, I normally don't do any post processing on them unless some of the darker areas need to be a bit more visible (like the wheel/fender combo since they're both black and are easy to appear underexposed when everything else looks correct). All the color/depth of field is due to my camera settings and lens combo.! Can't wait for the updates, I love your 'understated' style, like you did with the EG. Have you given any thought to a Nardi steering wheel?

looking good! The simplicity of the diamond's really look good with the body. I'm sure it felt great to have it welded in. Probably one of the most "no going back now" feelings I have ever had while modifying a car haha.
