Small update, I have finally been getting back to the car and dosing some reassembly under the dash. I streched the last bit of wires needed to relocate the fuse box to the passenger's side of the dash. I still have to actually get it mounted, but I at least know where it's going and that it does fit. Got some of the climate control stuff put back together, but it's a little tough with broken hip to move around too good. I also removed the headlight assemblies to make painting the engine bay easier and I also want to get the headlight brackets cleaned up and painted since they're getting some corrosion here and there.
As far as the wagon goes, I'm going to give the car a good wash and cleaning this week for the big TristateTuners meet next weekend. I'm also hoping to install the new ACT street disc clutch kit so I can instal the 7psi spring in the wastegate. The car moves pretty decent right now (should run high 13's in the 1/4 mile), but I know it'll really get out of it's own way at 7lbs of boost.Last edited by PunkboySL2; 04-15-2012, 12:18 PM.94 Saturn SW2 - T3s60 7psi, slammed, daily driven

I'll have to update this post with pics, but I pulled the headlight assemblies out (PITA) so that I can clean them up and paint them since they've gotten some corrosion on them over the years. I'm hoping to color match the bezels around the headlamps and leave the rest of the assemblies black to look factory.
On another paint note I think I decided what I'd like to do with the engine bay scheme. I'm going to color match the bay and buy some gold paint to match the wheels which will get sprayed on the valve cover, engine block and probably a few misc items. Everything that isn't getting a gold or brown splash of paint will remain black or silver polished. I can't wait to get down to work on the car once I'm better enough to get some real stuff done.94 Saturn SW2 - T3s60 7psi, slammed, daily driven

Thanks guys!
I have been able to pull the headlight assemblies apart over the past few days and I got one all in primer. I'm going to try and color match the bezel around the headlight and leave everything else black.

Making necessary modifications to the intake. Since it split along the bottom where the pipe was cut apart and welded I'm going to have it sand blasted, welded properly, have a new water oulet fabbed up and use a coupler to hold the two pieces together. Now I can adjust the angle where the throttle body sits since I'd like it to run under my rad hose as it used to be angled up above it.
I've been doing more work here and there, the dash is back in the car and most of the wiring ran, and I've decided that since my friends are slacking that I'm going to throw the drivetrain back in to get the car running and moving before the bay gets painted. I'll just pull it back apart in the spring to get that finished.94 Saturn SW2 - T3s60 7psi, slammed, daily driven
