I was prepared to sub after just seeing the wheels.
But damn man, you are putting in immense amounts of work!
Saw the SpeedHunters article as well, can't wait to see it progress!

Well last night I was searching on goopgle images for stanced RX8's while herself was watching some soap on tv and spotted a pic of my car, looked at the addy and it said speedhunters, was like nah, can't be my car, must check out the build, low and beholed it was, Mike Garrett from SH had spotted the build on Driftworks and taken the time to read the whole build thread and post up a feature on the car, to I'm happy would be an understatement, nearly hit the roof, even sent a few texts, sorry lads LoL Mostly positive comments too so well chuffed. Huge thanks to Mike for the feature and nice to see Mr. Stone getting a mention too for his work on the car... Can't wait to get stuck into it now and get her finished Check it out :

When it comes to scouting out cool car builds online, one of my favorite places to visit is the builds section of the Driftworks forums. There are lots of S-chassis and other typical drift builds, but there are also some very unique project logs thrown into the mix. You'll find everything from classic European cars being outfitted for sideways action to more modern projects like this Mazda RX-8 out of Ireland.

    Quick update :

So the engine and gearbox are in, mounts all made up, work has started on the v-mount setup and the pedal box has been fitted. Next up is running the lines and fittings, piping for the intercooler and rad and a few more little touches before the fabrication portion is done...

Thanks fella, just started on the Brides last night, have the mounting plates on the bottom and head bar bolted on now... Wrapped the rear bar in red tape just to freshen it up a bit, should look well in the car
