                BUT, let be honest in here.
                NO, you don't have 10.5 & 11.5.
                NO, you cant go 3" lower on the coils you got right now.

                Because of people like you other E39 owners buy things that don't fit their car and waste their money.

                    Your wheel specs change every time I see this car posted lol, I thought you got the 11.5's rebarreled smaller?

                    Looks good on the BC's though, you should drop it down those other 3" What did you end up doing with the ACS that came on the car?

                      It seem to be the new trend with E39 owners.
                      He is not the first one that cant make up his mind on what size wheels he has.

                          And also I can lower it 3" on the current coils, I have plenty of clearance. 3" would put it basically on the frame. And the ACS's were sold to a guy locally with an e39 wagon.

                          ........Shit. For some reason I thought I ordered 10.5 in the front. I had ordered what aznbean had ordered (except slightly higher offset up front) and for some reason thought the fronts were 10.5's.

                            Your wheels are 10 & 10.5. Ask me how I know.
                            Coils wise, you can NOT lower it 3 inches. lol
                            Where are you going to thread that 320mm shock, through the lower control arm? lol

                              I measured 3" left of threads on the coilovers? Idk the exact amount, however its a lot more room left to lower.

                              And unless ccw changed it up on me or I understood what they were rebarreling the wheels too...

                              I do however wish I emailed ccw instead of calling so I had the stuff on paper and not just in my mind to be mixed up.

                                Did you measure the 3" from the spring perch to the spindle? Because when you thread the shock all the way down on the BC's, there's still 2" between those two. You could get rid of the preload on the springs and go 3" probably, but they advise not to do that.

                                I'm not calling you out, just trying to explain them a bit better. I have the same setup on my 540i bottomed out, and there's no way I'm 3" lower than yours


                                How did the tire unseat like that? Was that when you tried to fit the 265 on the 11.5?
