this is awesome! very inspiring as ive been on the fence on whether or not to make the jump to accuair. Its quite affordable for my car according to the guys at bag riders i could be on e-level for $2k is what they told me. with the type of suspension I have. Its just the whole install part that makes me unsure but after seeing this it seems like a very straight forward process. how hard is the wiring involved ? Is the accuair system plug and play or does it require hard wiring into the cars fuse box. sorry for bombarding you with questions. I just really want to install air myself.

Really like this build, answered a lot of questions before I asked them regarding my build in the coming weeks!

Hopefully detailing the car this weekend, fixing a few little things and draining any moisture in the water-traps.

thanks, the front grill is a PITA to separate without breaking tabs but it turned out great in the end.

Also, I'll have a full feature up on http://that-steez.com/ pretty soon, I got car of the week last week and my buddy is doing a shoot of my car this weekend before New England Dustoff.

Hey! Thanks man, I am loving the wheels, so happy I got 17's. I didn't sacrifice the ride quality of a low pro tire on large wheels and they look great. I may be spacing them 2mm in the rear so they sit perfectly flush with fender but we'll see with time, the fronts sit perfect.

why do a lot of people h@te on NUEs?

Because they're played..... which.. sure I guess they are, but like BBS RSs and every other attractive wheel, they look good so why mess with something that's not broken.

However, most people don't rock 17" NUE on a mk5.

So I had a pretty good weekend. I drained my water traps, really not water, just a very, very little bit of moisture. I also went to my buddies house to do a little work. I cut about 3/8" off of the rear spring perch as well as the top D-cup mount so I could level my rear out with my front, and I couldn't be happier. I got my Rotiform sticker in the mail too!
