I'll keep breaking everything down. I figure this will be kind of a ' go-to' spot for anyone with a similar set up.

Thanks for the comments. I can't decide if I'm going to like where my compressors will be, I'm waiting on my triple square bits to arrive. I had to order them offline, NAPA, Auto Zone, Advaced auto and Sears didn't have any. I need them to remove the parcel shelf.

    started a topic mk5 Jetta - Daily, Dual 444s and E-Level

    mk5 Jetta - Daily, Dual 444s and E-Level

All my background info is in the intro Noob section so check it out.

I'll try and update as I can.

    Day I brought her home.

Washed her, took off the rear badges and put on my stubby

Got clear side markers, a rear 3 piece lip spoiler and a hole-less front grill

Then I decided I wanted to black out the grill and leave the slats chrome...

Then I went to one car show at the very end of this season. That evening I put in an order with Bag Riders and stuff started arriving...

I had an old ground cable from a previous junk yard run, I ground down the paint and put it in for grounding my E-Level management.

I picked up used management off the Vortex with the Accuair VU4 manifold at a good price.

    Ran some wires

    Really, REALLY rough idea

Got some stuff from Harbor Freight

I got a replica Votex lip off of eBay, which came in a box too short so I had to use a heat gun to get it to bend correctly.

I also smoked the mirror turns myself, they came out a little too dark but still light up.

And I had to re-silicone my turns as they started to yellow.

My two brothers and I at home...

    More boxes!
    - Sound Deadener
    - Front struts
    - Gauge pod
    - Distribution block
    - Air Line

I got a set of used Airlift XLs off Vortex

    Sound Deadened my trunk

I bought a Dakota gauge from Bag Riders which has not arrived yet but this will house it.

Last week I picked up some wood grain vinyl and did my tank...

    Brought my touchpad up front

Cut a template for my compressors, wrapped it in carpet and mounted the Dual 444s from Bag Riders...

Jerry-Rigged them up to see what they'll look like.

A chart for me to figure out fittings....

I'll be sure to update from there...
Working...
