Turns out, my oil pressure sensor wire wasn't even plugged in. (Terminal on the sensor was broken). It's odd that the light on the dash was going off, maybe the wire got hot? Haha. I bought a new sensor, plugged it in and the oil light has not come on since. But the car has been dieing still. Again, after I drive it for multiple hours in the heat of day. It's not overheating. The last two days I drove on the highway for about 100 miles, then once I get into City traffic it started to sputter and then stalls out. Like it's not getting gas almost. If I rev it up it'll "unclog" and work again for a second, then start stuttering again. I open the hood, turn the fans on and wait for 5-10 minutes then can drive for another few miles. The longer I wait the longer I can drive. I'm thinking it's either the coil getting too hot(I mounted it on the block in an attempt to shave the bay), or something fuel related. Even though I've recently replaced the fuel filter, and main fuel pump. Maybe the secondary is going bad.

This sounds VERY similar to the problem Rusty was having when Mike and Andrew originally drove it from Tennessee. I'm pretty sure that ended up being a fuel pump.

I moved the coil off the block, haven't been able to test it much but hopefully it stops getting too hot and that was the problem.

I polished my rear wheels:


I tidied up my bay some more. Completely roasted my grinder trying to clean off the rubber stuff on the windshield wiper cover(it's the black thing on the firewall). Tucked the harness more, and like I mentioned moved the coil off the block.




Then borrowed Max's 50mm and did some goofin'.






Yall should come to the Bendubs Show n Shine on the 18 of August, next saturday. If you're in the NW. It's a real swell, chill show.

yeah. my 50mm is pretty freakin rad. i know your jealous. i also have a black fb hotwheel and a dope JDM flecked nsx. and a super modded sawn off nerf shot gun that im going to blast your face with at show n shine. thats all.
