so sliding around (showing off) Dif decides to stop working and just makes a clunkning noise as if its just spinning freely inside the dif but will not turn an axle and the axle moves in an oval motion coming out of the dif...... Had to trailer her home



Should have a dif back in her by saturday, thank go there is a stricly BMW place less then a block away from my house, Proably going to be another open stock 318 dif, but im gonna lay off on the beating for awhile and work on getting her sitting proper

So my new auto dif with 3:44 gears goes in tonight and have 90% of the money for my new coils... hopefully car will be back on the road tonight, and i can finally start cleaning things up instead of looking at it on a trailer

So the new automatic dif is in the car moves, and holy short gears went from 3:08's to 3:44's fun in town and for sliding... sucks really bad on the high way....

Probaly not what my dif should look like in the inside.....

Not much left but it didnt crack the case so no leakage haha
And she's back and ready for action <3


Modifications instead of maintnance can now be added to the list haha

New coils, New wheels and tires x 10, Seats, cage, new lights, and stay away from the usual m bumper, mirrors and alll that stuff, basically build an e36 that isnt on style 5's and doesnt have an m bumper and a straight 6 swap...

I kept my original bumper of one of my cars to make it into a alpina one. But the damn alpina lips is almost twice the price of a brand new complete oem m3 bumper. the alpina lips are new and oem also.


The car looks like a lot of fun. Hope you will paint it one solid color.
