So I did a little research and they use the Haldex system. I found a quote that says it allows for a 4% difference front to back. I dont know if this applies to the vr4 but just another staggered awd platform you can research when your picking your tire sizes.
just got back to my own thread lol thanks for the heads up! i'm actually not going for a staggered fit anymore : /

    thanks!

i'm picking up some 18x9.5's all around. unfortunately the 18x12's out back would require loads of fender work, and i just don't have the heart to do that to this car. someday i plan on owning another vr4 that i can beat the shit out of and not care as much lol i'll have some pics of the new wheels this weekend! pulling off my turbos next week over spring break as well

Good choice on the wheel situation. I didnt want to try to sway you away from your wheels but I thought the staggered idea was more trouble than its worth. Awaiting pics!

well i got my 18x9 +15's all around now with a mild stretch. they poke quite a bit so i had to raise the car up for now, but my plan is to tuck and drop. for some reason, i have the front camber plates slid all the way over and i'm getting like zero camber, i may have them machined haha my rear wheels will tuck nicely once i put on my camber arms. here's some pics i took today

          bye bye
