I thought your comment about me innovating in your build thread interesting. I didn't see it as innovation - more like take a 5-year-old VAG or BMW aftermarket concept and apply to the Volvo platform... blasphemy, shocking, crazy and new there, but not everywhere. Kind of like when people find tribes near the Amazon or in Africa who have never seen civilization - showing them something new isn't too hard and not really innovating.
Good analogy! humble and brilliant like always.

I do have a question in regards of the computer, a lot of E39 guys desperately want to upgrade to an aftermarket navi unit, but we lose the OBC function that offers a lot of neat tricks on the car, is there anyway to have a custom system that retains OBC function but yet still do all the basic stuff? I'm DYING to have a navigation system in my car, but I still use lot of OBC functions.

I doubt there is a port for the OBC stuff that will allow you to do a PC. The next best thing might be to get the dealer software somehow and buy their peripherals to connect the Car PC directly to your OBD port. I'm guessing the technician software has even more OBC functions than your factory head unit.

the stance with the coventry wheels is pure sex - the end.

So I got the bumper trim from the rest-of-world X-Type to delete my bumper lights completely. I believe it's flawed thinking to say that dechroming automatically equals "sportier" or "newer" and like how this plays on the retro styling of the X-Type.

My car is a Sport and had silver bumper trim prior (as you can see in my sig photo).

                            Legendary Jag! Love it!

Bolt pattern on all factory Jaguar wheels is 5x108, right? Do you happen to know if there are adapters available for 4x100 cars?
