here's some pics from a snowstorm a week or so ago

      • Nothing too crazy happening since it's winter but I finished wrapping my window trim in gloss black

Also I'm going to be dropping my car off at the body shop in a couple weeks to have the side skirt fixed, the passenger door painted (it got keyed), and to have a couple of other little things painted.

        • Little bit of an update:

The wheel build is moving along, I got this pic from Paul (Ehrlich wheel works) of my new lips and barrels the other day, I should have them and my faces back in the next couple weeks. I can't wait to refinish the faces and put em back together!

Also got this pic today from my indy shop Moonlite Motorwerks, they're fixing my side skirt and the painting the passenger front door.

          • Nice!

My favourite part is that you're keep this build clean! No excessive stickers, or wavy quarters/panels, looks very clean over all!

                  maybe one day haha

Here's a decent update for you guys:

Got my passenger side skirt fixed a couple weeks ago along with the scratches on my front passenger door. Thanks to Moonlite Motorwerks for doing a great job!

And today I went home since my new lips/barrels came! Did a little test fit, still have to refinish the centers though. (the wheel on the left is the rear and the one on the right is the front)

The wheels should be on in May at some point, I just don't have a lot of time to work on them right now because of golf and the end of semester stuff.

                  • Finished the first center yesterday, it's not perfect but since I'm doing the brushed finish by hand I can't expect it to be. It's definitely a time consuming process but I'll have them all done by the end of next week so I can drop them off to be clear coated

                    • As much as my stock deck is lacking in features, I just can't stand the look of aftermarket decks in E39s. It's my opinion, and it means my stereo sounds worse than yours. Otherwise, what a great job you've done.

                      • White centers for the wheels would look tits on this car

Yea I understand where you're coming from, it does sound a lot better and it's worth it to me.

Almost went with white centers but I was worried I wouldn't like them.

Finally got the wheels on! I only have one picture at the moment, but I should be getting some nice shots taken of it in the next couple of weeks.
