You should weld the bumper seam and paint it to match, thats what I did with the 4Runner front bumper on my Mazda. Now I just have to do up some brackets to mount the bumper.
But Steve does do a nice job on the control arms, got mine from him as well.

You talking the seam between the front bumper and the valance? Or the roll pan?
Steve's work is great, and his customer support is awesome when you can reach him.
As far as the tails, the only ones that will work without major modification to sheet metal would be the 89-95 pickup replacements. I had 'em on there to begin with, but swapped 'em out.
Have to figure out what the next project is, I still need to finish the sheet metal in the engine bay...
