  • Her name is Penny.

I don't have all of the photos of the progress, because as you can probably relate to, I get excited and just want to finish sometimes, forgetting to take pics.

    But here we go...

She's a 1994 Toyota Pickup, he first couple years are a blur...

She was side swiped when I bought her, so some body work was needed and the bad was so far damaged that I replace it. In this pic she's static dropped with 4wd fenders.

    New wheels and primer...

    Body work and paint!

Not much went on for a couple years, just regular upkeep, then the inevitable...

Most of the parts came from Steve @ Cando Specialties.

    Like father like son...

Don't have many pics of the front brackets, A arm, and Z install, but here are the few I have...

      Layout virginity stolen...

      Snapping a pic or two...

Time to fix the hole in the bed...

        Donor floor fitment...

I used Dupli-Color's roll on bed liner. I couldn't afford to have Line-x sprayed...

Next comes a door pod revamp and a new center console for gauges. I ran for over a year without the gauges, but finally decided to get them.

This is cool. Really nice job on the install!

Nice build, not the usual thing I see over here in Germany, haha.

Any plans for the interior? Some nice leather for the seats and a nicer steering wheel would really pull it together.

                    Oh yeah!

Plans for different wheels? That's the only thing I'm missing right now..

Is that an offer to buy these? No, I actually like the tuner scene too, and you don't see many tuner wheels on bagged trucks.

Originally, I had this to swap in before I decided to bag it...

But alas, I couldn't at the time find answers to questions I had about making it fit, so the 1jz-gte went to a better home. Bags followed soon after.

As far as the interior, I'll probably keep her mostly stock. The majority of the parts are still in good shape and clean, the amps are mounted under the seats and the sub is glassed into the rear storage area.

                        Thanks for the compliments.
