In August I bought this bone stock 1981 Celica ST coupe, first year of the 22R motor (consist of a lot of 20R parts), it was a really reliable daily while I was doing volunteer work at the Portland Art Musuem.

^this is 1.5/2 coils off back in September.
Nothing crazy is done to it, I converted the trim to GT, so now it has a passenger mirror and the proper door glass, also has GT pieces here and there inside the cabin space, a GT wheel also accommodates itself well, upon the fine preserved gauge cluster and woodgrain back paneling. The motor is a overhauled 22R with 12K on it 115K on the chassis, 2 1/4 inch exhaust to 2.5" test pipe (LCE replica I made), sounds very good and runs extremely well.
Bummer is even though it has a fresh 22R in it, it's automatic...
My tags went bad in December and I'm broke so I decided while I was bored why not lower it more. Here are pictures of the aftermath, 2 stacked 2x4s, a lot of patience moving jacks to tow hooks and you get!...

These will be going on soon 14x7 -10 I have 5 of these.
