My moms 99 was 4 bolt lol

There is no way a 99 left the factory with 4 lugs. Whoever swapped them was an idiot, 4 lug brakes are lame and the hubs are weak.

Well i been busy working a lot and the holidays. but i did manage to do a little of something.

Idk bout u bud but base model 99 Neons were 4 lug we owned it for 10 Years and i changed and rotated the wheels. i think i kno it was 4 lug lol.

Yea i need some coil overs but that aint my problem, there is vogtland lowering springs on it with one coil cut off and it has not dropped one bit. Some one said my bushings in the rear are rusted to stock height and not letting it move. idk guess i will see when i install my poly bushings.
